Inquiring
After looking through my website, please fill out the inquiry form to tell me what you are looking for, details about you and your partner if applicable, any concerns you have, etc. This inquiry form is intended for me to learn and understand exactly what you want to get out of our session. The more details the better! <3
Post inquiry
After you send an inquiry I will respond in 1-3 days, however if you don’t hear from me, please send another message! In my response I’ll address the information you’ve given me, my availability, and any other relevant details.
Our first call
If everything I’ve sent over looks good and you are still interested, we can set up a call (phone, Zoom, or FaceTime) to chat and get to know one another. This is a great time to ask questions and clarify everything you want to know about how I work. I am happy to answer any questions you may have!
After our call, I will send over a mock invoice to iron out some of the details with you and give you some time to consider whether or not you want to continue the booking process.
Booking
Please send me a message once you are ready to book. You’ll have a holding period of one week to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer. The retainer can be paid after that week, but understand that other potential clients may ask about your session date. I will also send you my contract to review and sign. Leading up to your session date, I’ll check in with you every so often and will be available should you have any questions or concerns. Final payments are due 2 weeks before the session date.
8 hour wedding coverage starts at $2500 with one photographer. Booking is customizable and adjustments can be made for varying coverage lengths including rehearsal dinner, a second photographer, and other add ons.
I’m here to help if you need anything! I’ll offer timeline guidance, I’ll fluff the dress, I’ll fix hair – all to ensure a beautiful gallery of your most cherished moments. Destination weddings outside of Virginia are subject to changes in pricing as necessary for travel and other costs.
Weddings
Engagement sessions are where where we capture your love and connection in a relaxed documentary style, creating beautiful, candid images.
In my formal sessions, you get dressed up in your wedding attire before (or after) your big day, offering a chance to capture stunning photos at a location other than your wedding venue.
These sessions start at $500.

Sessions are meant to be fun, not stressful! It is totally natural to be nervous beforehand. Before sessions, I like to confirm the location and make sure you know how to get there and where we will meet. During the session, I love to hear all about you guys and just have fun chatting!
In terms of posing, I like to keep things natural. I’ll give prompts and direct as needed, but I’m by no means the only voice here. If you have ideas in the moment, feel free to shout out! And if you’re nervous about posing in the moment, search for poses you like on Pinterest and save them to show me!

Session galleries can take 2-3 weeks, while wedding galleries can take 6-8 weeks.

In the event that I can’t make it to your session, I will do everything I can to either reschedule, if applicable, or find a fill-in photographer that has a similar shooting style, and professional experience. A fill-in-photographer is of no cost to my clients, and I edit the photos taken by said fill-in-photographer.
